Symas OpenLDAP Technical Support
Symas Corporation provides Professional Technical Support for the OpenLDAP software. Support is provided under annual Product Support Agreements (see Support Plans here). Symas’s support offerings include a generous amount non-defect oriented assistance. We are happy to review your plans for migration from other LDAP software, for upgrades of OpenLDAP, or for integration of new LDAP client applications. We also answer general questions and assist with configuration and performance problems.
In addition, Symas maintains a repository of binary packages that integrates seamlessly into the software maintenance tools and strategies of RPM, DEB, and (?) based package management systems. Access to this repository is free and open. It requires no registration. And its use is free of obligation. It is as free and open as possible.
